Account Deletion Methods

Cevaplayan Kazanır provides users with the ability to permanently delete their accounts and personal information. You can delete your account using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Delete Account from Profile Screen

You can delete your account directly from within the app:

1. Open the Cevaplayan Kazanır app

2. Navigate to the Profile screen

3. Find and tap on the "Delete Account" option

4. Confirm your decision when prompted

5. Your account and all associated personal information will be permanently deleted

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data including:

- Personal information (name, username, email)

- Game history and scores

- Task progress and proofs

- Friend connections

- Payment requests and history

- All other account-related data

will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days of deletion request.

Method 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the app or prefer to delete your account via email, you can send a deletion request to our support team:

Send an email to: cevaplayankazanirdestekekibi@gmail.com or ebilifatih37@gmail.com

Please include the following information in your email:

- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"

- Your registered email address

- Your username (if available)

- A clear statement requesting account deletion

- Reason for deletion (optional)

Our support team will process your request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Important Notes:

- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible

- All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days of the deletion request

- Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes as required by law

- If you have pending payment requests, please allow them to be processed before deleting your account

- After account deletion, you will not be able to recover any of your data or account information
